- What forms of payment
are accepted?
- We accept Visa, American Express,
Discover, and Master Card to shop
online. We do not accept checks, money orders, COD’s, or cash.
- Is it safe
to use my credit card on the Internet?
- PL Depot understands your concerns
about online transaction security. To ensure your transactions are secure when placing orders online, PL Depot takes extra care to protect your information by using the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions. Our payment processing partner employs industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information and is certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.
- Several things could have occurred.
For instance, you could have entered your credit card information
incorrectly. We only accept US-bank issued credit cards and
your billing address must match what your bank has on file. If
you have any further questions, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
- Can I ship
to a different address than my billing address?
- Yes. When placing your order there
will be a separate shipping address section. We can only ship
to addresses within the United States. When entering your
billing address, please note that it must match what your
credit card company has on file.
- How can I check
the status of my order?
- When you place your order you will
receive a confirmation email that your order has been received,
including an order summary and an order ID number. This email will have a link that will allow you to log back in and check the status of the order, view tracking information, etc. If you have further questions, please
feel free to email info [at] pldepot.com or call us toll-free at 1.877.304.0891 for the status of your order and include
the order number in your email. Note that some orders may
ship from multiple locations.
- What is your shipping policy?
- Orders usually ship within 24 hours
of confirmed payment. If we do not have the product in stock,
you will receive an email with any backorder or cancellation
information and a date for when to reorder.
- Standard shipping is via UPS Ground and available within the
continental USA. Shipping can take from 3-7 business days. Orders
placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not processed
until the following business day.
- How do I return or exchange items purchased?
- Please refer to the Product Returns section of the site for details on what is eligible for return and what the procedure is to return products.
