The Suunto compass and clinometer (angle finder) is a precision liquid filled instrument with both functions built into the same housing. This device is excellent for the satellite installer as the exact compass heading can be aligned and then the elevation angle can be measured so a clear line of sight can be assured. Take the guessing out of mounting dishes, be sure before you drill any holes. This compass is well made, the housing is made of durable aluminum. The viewing lenses are both adjustable for clearest presentation and a nice protective case is included for storage. Both the compass card and the clinometer are supported by a precision jeweled bearing and the compass has been given permanent anti-static protection. Each compass is individually calibrated at the factory for maximum accuracy.
