Returns Eligibility
PL Depot takes Customer Service seriously. We operate under the premise that Customer Service comes first and we make every attempt to ensure your satisfaction. Our return policies are pretty simple. Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, customers may request to return any item in its original condition that does not fit their needs.
The item(s) may not be damaged or disassembled, nor can PL Depot be responsible for installation errors. Items returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Special Order, Discontinued and Open Box items are ineligible for return.
Returns will not be accepted for any of the following reasons:
- Product is not in original manufacturer's packaging
- Product is damaged or not in resellable condition
- Product has missing or damaged parts, such as accessories, Manuals, etc.
Return Procedure
Please contact us about items you would like to return. Include your
name, order number and approximate date of purchase. You will receive
an email detailing instructions on the Return Authorization. No returns
will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Please note
that shipping costs will be refunded only if the return is a result of
a PL Depot shipping error.
