Orders typically ship within 24 business hours of confirmed payment. If the product is out of stock, a backorder email will be generated with cancellation information and a date for when to reorder. PL Depot utilizes UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service for standard parcel shipping. For large orders, a common freight carrier will be utilized. Shipping can take from 3-7 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not processed until the following business day.
PL Depot does not currently ship internationally. We only to the lower 48 states. When placing your order there will be a separate shipping address section. When entering your billing address, please note that it must match what your credit card company has on file.
